Aluminum composite sheet material made of two sheets of 0.012" aluminum with a solid polyethylene core. It has all the great features as anodized aluminum, and it still gives you the option to choose from a variety of thicknesses while still keeping the material lightweight.
Our Alu composite sheets are built up like a sandwich. On their inside is a core of polyethylene embedded between two aluminium covers. These layers are bonded to each other with toughened adhesive in a continuous production process. Afterwards, a complex coil coating process gives the aluminium cover sheets an extremely resistant polyester enamelling.
