1. Pure aluminium sheet plate:
The common codes of pure aluminium sheet series are 1050, 1060 and 1100. Among all the aluminium plate series, pure aluminium plate series is the one with the most aluminium content. The purity can reach over 99.00%. Because it does not contain other technical elements, the production process is relatively simple and the price is relatively cheap. It is the most commonly used series in conventional industries. At present, the majority of circulation in the market is 1050 and 1060 series.
2. Alloy Aluminum Plate:
2 x x x series alloy aluminium plate: representing 2A16 (LY16), 2A06 (LY6). The hardness of 2 x x series aluminium sheets is higher, and the original content of copper is the highest, about 3-5%. 2 x x x series aluminium sheet belongs to aviation aluminium material, which is not widely used in conventional industry at present.
3xxx series alloy aluminium sheet: representative 3003 aluminium hot rolled sheet, 3004 aluminium sheet, 3A21 aluminium sheet mainly. The main component of 3000 series aluminium sheets is manganese, with content ranging from 1.0% to 1.5%. It is a series with better rust-proof function. Conventional applications in air conditioning, refrigerators, car bottoms and other humid environment, the price is higher than 1 x x series, is a more commonly used alloy series.
4000 Series Alloy Aluminum Plate: Represents 4A01. It belongs to the series with high silicon content. Usually the silicon content is between 4.5 and 6.0%. It belongs to building materials, mechanical parts, forging materials, welding materials, low melting point, good corrosion resistance.
5 000 Series Alloy Aluminum Plate: Represents 5052 Aluminum Plate, 5005 Aluminum Plate, 5083 Aluminum Plate, 5A05 Aluminum Plate Series. 5 x x x series aluminium plate belongs to the more commonly used alloy aluminium plate series, the main element is magnesium, the content of magnesium is between 3-5%. It can also be called Al-Mg alloy. The main characteristics are low density, high tensile strength and high elongation. In the same area, the weight of Al-Mg alloy is lower than that of other series, so it is often used in aviation, such as aircraft fuel tank. It is also widely used in conventional industries. Processing technology is continuous casting and rolling, which belongs to hot-rolled aluminium plate series, so it can be oxidized deep processing. In our country, the 5 x x series aluminium sheet belongs to one of the more mature aluminium sheet series. The effect of 5 X X series alloy aluminium sheet used for wire drawing is very good.
6000 Series Alloy Aluminum Plate: representing 6061 aluminum sheet plate cut to size supplier and 6063 Aluminum Plate. It mainly contains magnesium and silicon, so it concentrates the advantages of 4 x x x series and 5 x x x series. 6061 is a cold-treated aluminium forging product, which is suitable for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It has good usability, excellent interface characteristics, easy coating and good workability. It can be used in low-pressure weapons and aircraft joints.
7000 Series Alloy Aluminum Plate: Represents 7075 aluminum. It mainly contains zinc. It also belongs to aviation series, it is Al-Mg-Zn-Cu alloy, heat-treated alloy, belongs to superhard aluminium alloy, has good wear resistance. 7075 aluminium sheet is stress-relieved and will not deform or warp after processing. All super-large and super-thick 7075 aluminium sheets are detected by ultrasonic wave, which can ensure that there are no sand holes and impurities. 7075 aluminium sheet has high thermal conductivity, shorten forming time and improve working efficiency.
