3003 h16 Aluminum Coil Manufacturer
3003 h16 Aluminum Coil Introduction
The 3003 h16 aluminum coil is made from 3003 aluminum alloy containing aluminum and manganese. The 3003 coil is also known as a rust-resistant aluminum alloy because the addition of manganese greatly improves its resistance to corrosive materials.H16 is for temper. The number “1” refers to a cold hardening condition of “6” with hardness obtained without heat treatment.Denotes the hardness of aluminum coil.We have H12, H14, H16 and H18, and the second number represents the hardness level.Eight is the strongest and two is the softest, so six represents four thirds of the total hardness (eight). Therefore, we can see that aluminum aluminum CoIL3003 H16 is indeed very hard. However, 3XXX is only the medium hardness of all aluminum alloys.Strong ones include 5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx, and 2xxx.

3003 h16 Aluminum Coil Applications
3003 h16 aluminum coil has many uses, the most representative one is interior decoration.
The first is the furniture panel. Brightly colored kitchen cabinets can be made of 3003 aluminum coil. Cut the roll into blocks of a given size to match the cabinet door, shelf surface, interior floor and wall panels. Generally, interior parts are the natural silver color of aluminum coils, but interior parts used for doors may be painted before application, because color is one of the key factors that help create an ideal decorative style.
A second example of the use of 3003 h16 aluminium coil in the interior is the ceiling and lighting.Ceiling and lamp components made of 3003 H16 aluminium coil provide excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
It turns out that the light weight of aluminum ceilings is an overwhelming advantage over other metals. The aluminum coil can also be polished to achieve a mirror-like surface, allowing interior designers to create a sense of space without the need for brittle glass sheets.
